Pricing questions
Do you replace my bookkeeper?
No. We work alongside whoever keeps your books up to date — a bookkeeper, controller or accounting firm — and turn that data into reporting, forecasts and analysis. Think of us as what happens after the books close.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Most clients start on Starter or Growth and move up as they need tighter cash visibility or heavier board reporting. Changes take effect from the next billing cycle.
Do you support multiple entities or locations?
Our current packages are built for single-entity businesses. Multi-entity consolidation and cross-location benchmarking are on our roadmap — if that's what you need today, get in touch and we'll talk through a custom scope.
Do you work with my accounting software?
We connect to QuickBooks Online and Desktop, Xero, Sage Intacct, NetSuite, Excel and Google Sheets. If you use something else, tell us on the call — we can usually still work with an export.
Is there a contract?
Monthly plans run month to month after the first 60 days. Annual billing is available on every plan at a discount — ask on your consultation call.
